About Bob and Debbie Worley
Bob Worley has been involved in service industries throughout his
career. His philosophy is to “be there” for
his customers from the beginning to the end. Bob is a “hands
on” business man who makes every effort to answer all questions
and explain each step in the process of obtaining a reverse mortgage.
He has even gone so far as to explain to folks why a reverse mortgage
may not be the best option in their particular situation! Bob always
tries to meet in person with potential borrowers and attend closings.
To date, he has met with every customer personally.
He has vast experience in the field of real estate as
a result of more than 20 years as a licensed real estate broker
in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. Since a reverse mortgage
loan is secured by real estate, your home and most valuable asset,
Bob’s expertise in dealing with appraisers, title companies,
and lenders is a valuable element he brings to the table.
For 8 years, Bob worked with the FDIC, brokering repossessed
properties in the north Texas area. In this experience, he became
proficient at working with the government. Since a reverse mortgage
is a loan made through the government, Bob’s experience
with the FDIC is invaluable.
As a licensed mortgage broker, Bob has worked with Reverse Mortgage
of Texas for almost two years and has helped individuals and couples
obtain reverse mortgages. As evidenced by the “Customer
Comments", the folks who have worked with Bob are very
satisfied. Bill and Patricia feel that "it was like talking
to an old friend," to work with Bob, and Sonny and Joan "cherish
your (Bob's) friendship." Comments like these don't just
happen. Bob takes a personal interest in everyone he helps.
A native Texan, Bob
grew-up in Big Spring, TX, graduated from Dripping Springs High
School, and received his BA degree from the University of Texas
at Austin in 1970. His wife, Debbie, a retired teacher of 25 years,
now works with Bob as a loan officer and a processor. Together,
the Worleys will do all they can to make your experience as simple
and rewarding as possible.
